Galvanizing

Protect your purchase from the elements we highly recommend hot dip galvanizing to give your gates and railings etc more than 50 Years rust protection. This is a maintenance-free solution also covering the inside of any hollow bars e.g. box iron to provide the ultimate corrosion protection inside and outside. Giving you a Silver/Gray finish that can be left as a finished coat, be painted or powder coated to any color you want all while keeping it rust-free. A special etch primer is needed before painting or paints specially designed for non-ferrous metals

Powder Coating

Powder coating is a great way to finish your gates and railings etc giving a plastic-like finish in the color of your choice. Applied as a dry powder electrostatically and is then cured under heat at around 200 °C to allow it to flow and form a "skin" of smooth color over the product. This gives power coating the advantage of providing a much thicker and harder coating than liquid spray paint coatings. An example of this would be the racks inside most dishwashers however this use is a slightly thicker coating.
